The hotel is located in a peaceful and secluded area, offering a quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life. the rooms are comfortable and provide a good night's sleep, allowing guests to rejuvenate and recharge. the staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests.
The lack of amenities such as a swimming pool or spa may be disappointing for those looking for additional relaxation options.

Very polite staff provided great service and food. Felt like we were the only tourists around (which could be true actually). The deserted feel in the area was great. It's close to an immense beach, and close to caves, waterfalls and foresty mountains. The hotel staff made us feel like we were their only guests as well. Whenever we needed information or help they were there for us.
There was one little point of criticism: we had our laundry done which in the end appeared to cost us almost a dollar/euro a piece. This is outrageously expensive for Thai standards (1 kilo = 50 Baht/1 euro) is more likely. However the hotel didn't have a washing service yet so they were dependable of another laundry service in the city.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. the price was fantastic, offering great value for money. Secondly, the staff were very attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a good selection of TV channels and a reliable wifi connection.
No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. When they arranged a boat trip to see the pink dolphins, the woman showed us the way by motorbike and even joined us on the trip to translate for us. Because they didn't have exactly the room we had requested, they gave us a free evening meal. The place was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable.
There was little to do in the evening.

The rooms were clean and had comfortable beds, plus a good selection of TV channels. The air conditioning worked well and made my stay more pleasant. The staff was also friendly and always willing to help, despite their English not being very good.
The hotel was located far from everything, and there were no good dining options nearby. the bathroom was not as clean as it should have been, and the Wi-Fi was very unstable and hard to connect to.

This was clearly one of the best hotel experience we've ever experienced! And we have travelled a lot. The building itself is the opposite of the average. It is full of joy, colors and details. It seems to be a dream come true. And it really is. That became clear during our visit. The staff is exceptionally friendly and the restaurant food is really good (on Thai dishes). Next to the hotel is also a couple little shops. We were supposed to stay in Khanom 2 nights. We lived in Khanom Maroc 2 weeks. The village is quite quiet, roads good for jogging and motorcycling and the long beaches peaceful though partly untreated. Waterfalls were beautyful and we really saw the pink dolphins . (the population lives in the nearby bay). The perfect place for us.

The staff here were the kindest, friendliest and most helpful we have encountered in Thailand so far, and made us feel very welcome. It's a shame we didn't get to stay longer (we were just passing through Surat Thani), as it was a great hotel and I think there is more to see and do in the area than we realized. The rooms are really clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff helped us in every way possible with any questions we had and with arranging our onward travel. Can't recommend it enough!

Enjoyed the festive decorations and the beachfront location of this hotel during Christmas season. the staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable with a good view. It was great to have breakfast included so we didn't have to venture out first thing in the morning.
There was no pool, spa or other activities to keep us occupied during our downtime.

The staff were exceptional and really did go out of their way to make my stay comfortable, to the point of driving me to the beach, arranging to pick me up again at the beach and organising a car to get me back to Khanom bus station. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Whilst they describe the hotel as a spa and resort, it isn't really, but I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone as the staff are excellent. The beach is about a 10 minute walk away, but if budgets are an issue then this is the place to stay. They even catered for my vegetarian needs, which I was very happy with.
